Chun-Yen Chi
Intern
Chun-Yen Chi is a master’s student in the Climate Change: Environment, Science and Policy program at King’s College London. Originally from Taiwan, Chun-Yen holds an MBA and previously worked in Taiwan’s financial sector, where she focused on promoting corporate sustainability and social responsibility. She joined EfD through the KCL internship program, drawn by EfD’s mission to provide reliable quantitative data to support evidence-based policymaking in developing countries. During her internship, Chun-Yen has been primarily involved in data processing and cross-study comparative analysis for Malawi. This experience has deepened her understanding of the importance of reliable data collection and analysis, while also providing valuable hands-on experience to complement her academic training. This experience has broadened her perspective on development studies and will support her future career development in the field.
