Allison Glover

Intern

Allison holds a bachelor’s degree in History and French from Santa Clara University, with a focus on colonial history and its contemporary implications. Her early career in Proposal and Grant Writing exposed her to numerous corporate development proposals, which sparked her interest in the foreign aid and development sector.  Allison is currently pursuing a Master of Science degree in Sustainable Cities at King’s College London. During her placement with Evidence for Development, she has worked  on a data migration and a curriculum development project utilizing a dataset from the Afar region of Ethiopia. Allison tells us that she has gained new perspectives and hands-on experience in the development and foreign aid sector through her internship. Her experience with Evidence for Development has taught her the importance of rigorous data collection and analysis, and she intends to carry this commitment with her throughout her career.
